The easiest one is to make folders by dividing them into various categories and put the files in the respective folder, for example, you can give names to folders like- Movies, Songs, Pictures, Documents, Applications and so on. It exactly resembles the internet cable that you use in your home for internet connection, but have slightly different wiring. You can easily find these cables in any computer shop and is very cheap to buy also. Once, you have connected both of your systems with this Ethernet cable, follow the similar procedure, which you just have followed for the wired connection.
Connect The Hard Disk Drive Manually
This is the easiest way for which you can go for. Just take out the hard disk from your old PC, connect it to your new PC via a USB cable, and transfer the data. However, you may face a challenge in doing so, you may require a hard disk case. If you do not have one, you can easily create one. Just take out your old hard disk and by making the right connections, you can quickly connect it via USB into your system.
This method has numerous advantages, you will get a very high speed, you do not need any extra hardware, and you are going to copy the things directly from the point A to B.
